• Photos that you own or have permission to use
• Photos that are appropriate and non-offensive

3.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to upload:

• Photos of people (human faces, selfies, etc.)
• Sexually explicit, violent, or offensive content
• Photos you do not have rights to use
• Copyrighted images without permission
• Content intended to abuse, harass, or harm
• Malicious files or content designed to damage our systems

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI prompts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or commercialize access to the Service

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the image or have full rights to use it
• The image does not violate any third-party rights
• The image does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any image.

4.2 Generated Content

The AI-generated "thoughts" are created specifically for you. You may:

• Download and share the generated images
• Use them for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Post them on social media

4.3 Our Rights

All aspects of the Service, including its design, technology, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• 3 free readings per day
• 3 requests per hour (rate limit)
• Subject to availability

5.2 Premium Tier

• Unlimited daily readings
• 20 requests per hour (rate limit)
• One-time payment for lifetime access
• Non-refundable after license key is delivered

We reserve the right to modify usage limits to prevent abuse or maintain service quality.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Warranties

• That results will be accurate or appropriate

The generated content is purely for entertainment. Do not rely on it for:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

• Uploading prohibited content
• Abusive or malicious behavior
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

10. Refund Policy

Premium purchases are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered. This is because:

• License keys grant immediate, lifetime access
• Digital products cannot be "returned"
• We cannot revoke access once granted
